Will you call me after I submit a request?

What does "unlock" give me?
Unlocking gives you the full day-by-day itinerary with exact timings, direct stay/hotel links, activity costs, transit routes, and the curator's local secrets — accessible from your dashboard on web, or offline on the installed PWA.
How are itineraries built?
Each itinerary is hand-built by a GenZ curator or frequent traveler who has actually been there. Our system enforces day-wise structure, validates every POI, and AI-stress-tests logistical feasibility before it ever goes live.
Can I share with my travel group?
Yes — each unlocked trip generates a protected share link you can send to your whole group, optionally PIN-protected via I-PIN.
Do you offer refunds?
Itineraries are digital products. Once unlocked they cannot be refunded — same logic as a song download. Reach out to support if a verified POI is closed and we will swap it or offer a credit.
How does the AI verification work?
A weekly automated job checks every place in the database against live sources. If a POI is permanently closed, the itinerary is flagged and unpublished until the curator updates it — so you are never booking a trip built on stale data.
Is offline access supported?
Yes — install Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel as a PWA (web app) on your phone for offline access to all your unlocked trips. Essential for remote trekking routes or international SIM-free travel.
How does payment work?
Razorpay handles checkout — UPI, cards, wallets, and net-banking are all supported. We never store your card details.
Can I request a fully custom trip?
Yes! Submit a custom request from the "Request a Trip" page. Tell us your destination, dates, and vibe. A curator responds within one business day via email — zero phone calls until you ask for one.
Are itineraries up to date?
Curators push updates after every trip. The platform also runs an automated freshness check weekly, so outdated experiences are removed before they reach you.
