These Terms govern your use of Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel — our marketplace of curated, day-by-day travel itineraries, fixed-departure tour packages, hotel & activity discovery, and the Travel Club membership. Please read them before booking.
By creating an account, unlocking an itinerary, booking a tour, gifting a trip, or otherwise using Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel is an online travel-planning marketplace. Itineraries are hand-built by independent curators and frequent travellers; tour packages are operated by listed vendors. We provide the technology, curation standards, AI verification and secure checkout that connect you with honest, direct rates — with no agency markup and no unsolicited sales calls.
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may verify your email before releasing rewards, and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.
When you unlock an itinerary you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own travel and that of your travel companions. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit itinerary content. Shared links are for your travel group only.
Fixed-departure tours show the price, inclusions, exclusions, departure dates and a cancellation policy at the time of booking. Seats are confirmed only after successful payment (or the deposit your selected payment policy requires). Availability is limited and held briefly during checkout; abandoned checkouts release their seats. The operating vendor is responsible for delivering the on-ground services described.
Prices are shown in INR by default; other currencies are indicative and converted at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net-banking). We do not store your payment credentials. Applicable taxes are shown or included as indicated. Some tours support a deposit now, balance later schedule per the package's payment policy.
Travel Club plans renew automatically until cancelled and grant the member benefits described on the subscription page. You can cancel anytime from your account and retain access until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund Policy for subscription refunds.
Gift codes are redeemable by the recipient within their validity period. Bundles grant access to the included itineraries. Loyalty coins and referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be capped, adjusted or expired to prevent abuse. Rewards may require a verified email.
Digital itineraries are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed. Tours follow the cancellation policy shown on each package. Full details, including failed/duplicate payment handling, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a verified point of interest in your itinerary has closed, contact support for a swap or credit.
Curators retain authorship of their work and grant Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel a licence to host, distribute, adapt and promote their itineraries on the platform. Curators are responsible for the accuracy of their content and earn a revenue share on sales, paid out per our curator terms.
You agree not to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform; not to upload unlawful or infringing content; and not to interfere with security or other users. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel is a planning aid, not a travel agent of record for on-ground services. You are responsible for verifying visas, passports, health requirements, weather, local laws and third-party bookings before you travel. Always confirm timings and availability directly. We are not liable for events outside our control on the ground.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific itinerary, tour or subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
