This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across the different products on Itinerary Store - The Blueprint for Extraordinary Travel. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payment method.
Itineraries are digital products delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately on payment, unlocks, gift purchases and bundles are non-refundable once the content has been accessed. If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or manual delivery.
Tour cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy shown on each tour at the time of booking, which may include date-based deposit and refund tiers set by the operator. Unless stated otherwise on the specific tour:
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Subscription charges already billed are non-refundable, but a full refund of the most recent charge may be requested within 48 hours if the subscription was not used.
Email hi@itinerarystore.com with your registered email, the booking/order reference, and the reason. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
If you were debited but the order failed, or you were charged twice, the amount is auto-reversed by Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us and we will reconcile it manually.
